Supermarket chain Jumbo distinguishes itself through the Jumbo formula – an approach in which the customer is completely central. Jumbo wants to be accountable for the success of this formula in an accessible way with its annual report.


Jumbo uses F19 software to produce its annual report efficiently and to communicate effectively. The design of the media mix is provided by partner Communicatie Team. In addition to an online and printed version of the annual report, the media mix also consists of a homepage that tells the value creation story of Jumbo in a visual and interactive way. Both financial and non-financial data are made visible through interactive graphs.
