Grip on ESEF reporting

On June 23, 2020 we organized a webinar about ESEF, the new digital format for annual accounts, together with XBRL reports. More than 40 finance and communication professionals from listed organizations broadened their knowledge of ESEF reporting. We made the webinar on-demand available to anyone who was unable to attend this day.

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has required to the listed public traded companies to prepare their 2020 and beyond Annual Financial reports according to the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).

This change will affect the reporting process for listed companies. From the reporting year 2020 onwards, it will no longer be possible to deliver Annual Financial reports in PDF format to the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). The Annual financial reports must be in Inline XBRL format. There will be no room for error with each annual report now facing both an audit and validation check.

The facilitators

Marcel Rosenbrand and Ronald van Grunsven are partners in corporate reporting and  share their knowledge on ESEF reporting, online collaboration and multichannel publishing.

They will show you how you can get a grip on your ESEF reporting process. Not only from a financial perspective, but also from a communications perspective.
